Masters are entrusted with:

Mentoring initiates and maintaining traditions
Leading strategic operations that shape the future direction of the Order
Due to the nature of these responsibilities, the selection process targets individuals of exceptional character, discipline, and personal achievement.
Eligibility Requirements:-
To preserve the integrity and standards of the Order, applicants for Master-level initiation must meet the following conditions:
1. Age Requirement: Applicants must be 25 years of age or older.
2. Professional Standing: Applicants must hold a stable, well-established profession with an annual income typically falling within the range of $40,000 – $250,000+ per year (or equivalent). This reflects the level of discipline, independence, and responsibility expected of a Master.
3. Leadership Competence: Candidates must demonstrate strong communication skills, confidence in public speaking, and the ability to lead teams and make decisive judgments.
4. Travel Availability: Masters may be required to attend convocations, conclaves, and strategy councils across various regions of the country. Thus, candidates must be capable and willing to travel when summoned.
